How can I run a WP blog on my localhost?

I have a little blog, for school. And I want it to run on localhost too! So in case there is no internet during my presentation, the blog should still be working (on my local host). Any ideas?

yeah you can use wamp xamp

download wamp, install in on your hard drive... download wordpress and extract it to a folder within your www directory, make sure wamp is running with mod_rewrite.c enabled and php/mysql,

goto localhost/wordpress and complete installation (creating DB In localhost/phpmyadmin if you have to)

And thats it! just start your server every time you need local wordpress

Because it's KWWHunction labelled lol.. Anyway, go for XAMPP or WAMP if you don't like KWWHserver. Same shit.
