My review:

Your skin is awesome and looks unique, i've never seen it before.
The logo can be improved. It looks like it's a fast logo-job to be honest. But it looks good! Not bad. Just very simple. IMO you can change the favicon, the skull doesn't fit the content. And a skull cant be related to freak somehow :/
The subforums in the games categories looks like the only subforums that's not viewable by guests.
You have to many subforums in the music category http://screensnapr.com/u/ce7hw9.png.
All of those sections will not be filled up properly.
If warezfreaks was dedicated to music only then it would be good with so many subforums, but when it's an original warez forum it doesn't need all those subforums.

Skin is nice. Hosting location is perfect. Forum software is not a good choice since it eats a lot of resources. I would choose phpbb if I had HK hosting.

@ mrsandvik : thank you on the good review. I will defenatly change my favicon, you are correct that it does not match my theme any more

About the logo, hmm well let me just say that I have asked like 4 guys from KWWHunction to make me a cool and professional logo, I even gave them my psd files, but none did it actually. So no I am stuck with that crappy logo I made myself.

But to be honest, all those sub forums in music and ebook section where a result on requests of my members. So what would you do? Displease your members and remove them and make it one section. Or let it like that and make your members happy?

@DJ Norix : Also thank you for the nice review. About my forum software. I started out with phpbb but once a few month being online with phpbb , I decided to convert my board to ipb. I had more exp with it then with phpbb.

And about that 5* , I do not know what you are talking about, since I always had 3*

But you don't have to remove it. It makes no harm really.

If you did make all these subforums because your members requested so then don't remove them. That wouldn't be nice.

It's not a crappy logo, just plain simple but I like it.
