Noone will, you can keep requesting/arguing all you want. Nobody will even if you get a $1000 server instead of a $5 shared host, it does not matter.

Maybe you should try vps from VPS9 as long as you will not host child porn, etc. Check their thread http://www.besthostingforums.com/showthread.php?t=34319

Nobody allows direct hosting of warez, including ecatel..

As a host myself, I would tell you (as stated above), NO ONE will directly allow you to host copyrighted material and allow people to download them. (even some companies say "we allow everything" --- uhm.. no they don't. get reported once and your site is suspended or even terminated! they will not tell you directly that they allow warez files! just try to ask someone. "host anything" is just a marketing scheme by little companies who want to try to make fast cash, it's just like "unlimited" )
The only way a company would, is if you get your own dedicated server; as they are your resources and you will be the only one liable for any problems.

Personally, I wouldn't suggest doing so, but Good luck dishing out a few hundred

Okay then, try us - and if we give you complaint, i will refund your money fully and even go through the trouble of finding you another host and i will move all your content over.

ON NL, we allow everything except kiddie porn, spam and phishing.
