Still no suhosin compiled for php 5.4.2 anywhere?

suhosin for php 5.4 isn't even released yet.

Since there is a dev version of suhosin 0.9.34 out, and I have compiled it on php 5.4 in Ubuntu using guides posted elsewhere, do you know if anyone has compiled it for Windows php 5.4, or are you willing to undertake such a mission?

I have a patch to the 0.9.33 series to add some php 5.4 compatibility:

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the upstream to fix the following issues before I can get a fully working patch.
