The current skin I am using was compatible with 3.8.3 , so I had to downgrade from 3.8.5

I'll upgrade again and get a new skin with a new logo.

And about custom skin, I'll think later about it. Currently, its not required I think.

Yes custom isnt required well upgrade to 3.8.5 soon and there are plenty of skins available in the market for free

I am not really a big fan of stretchy skins. You can bare see wp in the favicon
And on the bottom left of the skin what does it have anything in common of warez?

Private means private.
I had created that section specially for my uploader. He uploaded all his posts there with my site URL in it.

I take out 30 posts daily from there and submit to DDLs.

There's are people who don't even hesitate to submit posts with my site name in it. I guess DDL sites can approve that. Though they will be stuck with -1 rating. lol

If they submit it first, how can I submit it then ?

- When I scroll down on your site I see some kind of banner in your footer , why do you have it there?
- You have to work on your community <- It's very important! Try to get some dedicated members or dedicated staff to your site that can help you with that part.
- Force everyone to use a topic icon, looks bad when some post has a topic icon and some hasn't.
- Make "Download Zone" not visible for guests. OR remove the guest section. No need for both to be viewable for guests.
It clearly states in your guest banner that we can only see the guest forum when we're on your site as a guest, but we can actually see everything. I lol'd.
- I really like your logo, it's well done.
- I actually like your site a lot, it's easy to navigate and browse through, your skin is awesome.

Oh yes good job so you should make it invisible to everyone except to u and the uploaders group.
There is an option for that in vb
