Site speed + Google positions + Iframe?

Hello,

My DDL site is using iframe. And I can see that site loading is increasing when iframed site lags.

Do you think it makes sense on google search results positions? If so, do you have any advices how to improve speed of this?

Sanis I wouldn't read too much into the Google site speed thing, my website has been optimized in the past month or so and it is at least 3x faster and the pages are about 40% smaller, also images were reduced in size at least 70% and moved to much faster servers.

All this, and Google still shows a mega climb (to the slower side) and the reports are of medium accuracy too, still not very slow but like I said just ignore it, make sure your website loads fast to you and that's about it.

It could simply be that the amount of people visiting increases of decreases so the average keeps jumping around, don't worry...

About the Iframe, I'd stay away from that, not a good habit.

Lool. Pingdom shows that my site is loaded per 0.9 seconds. But google is showing that average loadings is about 5 seconds. And I'm sure when the site is UP it loads very fast. max 2s.

I have added iframe to the javascript. But that didn't help to reduce loadings.

there's not much you can do about it tbh, unless you start to cache the pages + images.
