your language is set to spanish.

change your language
preferably get a fresh copy of ipb and reupload those files

I believe the date stamp error is due to an incompatible skin/theme.

Check the default skin and it should show correctly.

It was just Theme error.
My language set is English & working fine..

All crap was generated by Skin only..
