how do i disable link shortening?

whenever i post a live link in code box, it comes out like this:

http://google.com/.....something

how do make it so it come out unshortened like this:

http://google.com/somethingsomethingblahblah

please help me, thanks in advanced.

they only stay live if you copy n past from another site inside the code box

post the link on to a notepad then paste it again and it will be fine
