How do you ban a whole country/region? part 2

ok i under stand that WSyndicate made a very good point and i did try that but all my vn spamers is coming from ip addys of 113 and http://www.blockacountry.com. does not list none of them so what should i do about that as i would like to stop them so far i have about 50ip adds in my ban list but thay keep on reg on the site i sorry to reopen it this way and if it the wrong way please let me know and merge it with the other one

Just ban the IP range you have to ban. Give us the IPs you banned already and we'll tell you what to do. Are you sure they're all from the same country?

yes they are all from the same country Vietnam as i look at the ip who is befor i ban all thay are doing is spamming and posting fake post thats it and im tired of baning them one at a time ips and banning login names

256*256 = 65536 IP's banned - there has to be some kind of alternative surely..
