Need feedbacks on this mirror-ish upload site design

I am not done with coding, I'm just planning/designing ahead as I think it's more fun than the coding part LOL. I'm not that good in coding, too so it'll take awhile, or would get friends to do it Anyways, it's the way I want my site to be. What you guys think I should add or have in a Mirror Uploading Site?
