usualy it's better to not reply to any DMCA mails - just silently remove reported post and move on ( if it's something popular or you're feeling evil you can post it again later ) - i don't remember correct laws behind this, but by replying to e-mail you're acknowledging that you recieved and read it. E-mail is such a funny medium, that they can't prove that you recieved it.
