Considering a Serious Warez Site for grad fees

Well first of all thanks for considering THP. But starting a warez site won't pay off your graduation fees, you'll be finished at uni/college once you start making revenue from your site. Like everyone else has said on here you will have to put a lot of work & money in to it. If I was you I'd rather get a part time job instead of make a warez site.

The warez site will be just a side project, as for expenses, can you give me a breakdown besides monthly and yearly host and domain payments what else is there?
