don't know but you can use images already uploaded or your own images

You can add a background image to Google using the following browsers:

• Google Chrome
• Internet Explorer 7.x (Windows XP, Windows Vista)
• Internet Explorer 8.x (Windows XP, Windows Vista)
• Firefox 3.x (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OSX)
• Safari 3 (Mac OSX)
• Safari 4 (Mac OSX)

To get the full functionality of the feature, make sure you have the latest version of your browser and that you have enabled JavaScript.

You have to have "google in english" to view it I think, cus its not available when google is on my language (norwegian)

yeah it's probably just for english since, english users with .com are normally Guinea pigs for them
