Prepair to move, need some advice for new server!

Well, my hosting at bluehost will expired soon ( about 30days left ), and i need to move because i'm running a warez forum, bluehost doesn't support warez, so 30days is just an estimated, i need to move asap I don't want my site surprise dead So please give me some suggest for a new home. Don't ads your server here ( nobody said their server bad ). I have digging around KWWH and i have some exp:

- WebThosting: this is 1st i chosen, a vps, but it only managed if i use cpanel
- Photonservers: This server is good, if there is no new server i will buy from them.
- wrzhost : They have a bits expensive with me
- ....
Add more info:
+ A shared should be good coz my forum is just small, vps will be waste.
+ Specs: where accept warez linking, nulled script...
+ Budget: $15 or less

I've checked hostnulled before but Data space too small, i have a script backup my database daily (about 500MB). With your biggest plan, i must delete all old database and keep only one.
