It should be noted that for the offshore hosting you have to pay at least $15 a month to get more than 3 databases - you only get one for $5. Not that $15 is a ridiculously high sum, but I think they should advertise this right up front. Your needs would have to be pretty damned simple to get by with one db.

Quality offshore hosting is more expensive.
