It can run on any hosting, the script is very lightweight and will hardly consume any resources . Yes bandwidth will be used to download the files and to re-upload them to each filehosting service.

It is so simple that it doesn't need an interface, it's very user friendly and very easy to setup. If you buy you got your first posts within 30 miniutes

If you install a virus scanner on your server then yes it will.
It's like asking: Will my shit go away in the toilet if there is any in it? Then I gotta reply: Yes it will go away when you flush it.

If it may help there is a possibility to only leech from certain categories and all, I can add that if someone requests it

No it won't since this just re-uploads the file. It would be re-uploaded, but the pass won't be provided with it. People dont tend to password protect uploads on rlslog with the hope they get downloaded by other uploaders.

If you leech from RLSLog you will leech alot of bad stuffs to, it's not safe IMO.
