buy a rdp
or upload them to rapidshare and get the direct link via repidleech then upload them to extabit via remote upload

I also have an RDP but I can not deny the fact that the fastest speed I had was 1.3mbps but most of the time its @ 300kbps so imagine how will you transfer around 200Gb of files? Mine's been running for more than 36 hours now and still not finished.

On a side note the connection was stable, My ftp connection was never cut off.
