hi all i have an adult site that is for people to post pics of themself and meet up with other who want to meet up. my question is when i report someone on my site witch i will be doing soon will i or anyone have problems with the law.
well let me explain in more detail someone keeps putting child pics on my forum i just banned the first one thinking it was just someone trying there luck to see if it was allowed but i went on my forum today and 2 more have and one is one i banned so he/she must of been using a tool to block there ip so want to no before i get anyone else in to troble an i ok to have an site that is like that and where would i go to report the persons i am on about any help would be gratefull and plz try to reply as soon as thank you

it ok now but go' to show how many people turn there head to child porn now dont it as this was put up 3 days ago and 21 people have look and no replys just go to show what kind of a world we live in where people dont mind it happening i would if you would think the same if it was any of your children?

I dunno wat to say mate......That's one reason why my warez board and soon to be ddl will not have porn of any kind. To avoid that kinda stuff and also to make it safe for all ages.

remove all and report there ip to the isp

it ok i went on to a child care site and give them his name email and ip my host says they can't do anything about it will have a look in to my isp to see if they say anything it just annoying that people like that have access to the internet. and then it annoyed me that people just looked at my post and said nothing im not just on about on here i posted it on a few other forums asking and on them all i have had four replys.

This happens unfortunately wherever there is any kind of porn on a large enough site. What you need to do is start installing some security modifications. Modifications that will force true ip info from the header even if the individual is on a proxy, a cross reference tool that will show all other accounts linked to this users ip address or the cookie that will be embedded . Then if it persists contact this member and let him know that if it continues you will be reporting him to the authorities. Show him proof that you do indeed have his real ip address. It is generally better to try and scare the member away because when you make that report you will be drawing more attention to your site, attention that you dont want.
