home network problem

ok i have 2 laptops and a pc all on a network few weeks ago i could not get connected to the internet now its happerning everyday

i have a windows xp pc and 2 windows 7 laptops

when i try to connect i get nothing when i go to cmd/ipconfig i get media disconnected

i do ipconfig /release *con* then ipconfig /renew

wait a few hours and it works

nothing has changed on the computers as far as i know

anyone had this problem or no how to sort it as its really pissing me of now
