"Next up we have the ever elusive yet seemingly always active FXP Boards. Basically a FXP Board is a community of highly skilled hackers, sceners and otherwise cool people. To be a member at an FXP Board you must bring something to the community. In such communities you basically fall under the catagories of Scanner, Hacker, Coder, Filler or Racer. Scanners will scour the internet using advanced scanning tools searching for the latest and greatest exploits and logging all the info to post for the Hackers to play with. Once a Hacker has found a system he enjoys playing in, He will setup a FTP Server on the machine where the hacker will then test the speed and determine what the machine is best suited for. If the machine is FAST, It will be setup for a RACER to RACE Releases to DUMPS and other Race boxes with similarly fast connections. Machines that are slow or otherwise unfit for Racing, are usually left for the Scanners, These are referred to as ScanStros, If the Uptime is good and the space sufficient, It may become a DUMP. Fillers fill Dumps."
