It's being verified on Flippa so it should be ok and has verified Google Analytics. http://flippa.com/help/verified-google-analytics

I'm not sure why I'm defending the guy but it all seams legit if you read all the links he's posted.

It really looks like a nice script and project but hosting files costs a lot of money on servers when starting out.
