i have joomla + phpbb integrated website
which has member about 500 above
but per day just has 20-50 online member
just need hosting
with diskspace 1-3 giga ( really don't need many space now)
with BW > 30 giga (my average BW is 15-20 giga/month)
criteria
no downtime (my current host is like a shit), support imagemagick, php 5.2.12 or above

Well The Netherlands is better connected, cheaper and you'll be fine there provided you're not hosting warez.

Hong Kong is better suited for users who want to host warez, or other files which could cause them hassle with local groups like brien (based in the EU) as although DCMA exists for the owner of the content, Anti-Piracy groups based in the EU and US can't have files removed.
