Whats the procedure if one gets a DMCA complaint? Do you suspend the

Whats the difference between your offershore Netherlands and Germany hosting? Which has better connectivity/network to the United States? - Sorry our shared hosting plans are on Luxemburg servers. I cannot say or speak about the connectivity to the united states, as far as hosting is concerned Luxemburg has very good speeds on the connectivity.

Is there any bandwidth charges if one goes over on shared hosting? - All our bandwidth on shared hosting is UNLIMITED, and you will not be charged, as there is no limit on the bandwidth usage.

But don't you allow warez linking and nulled scripts?

Wouldn't those sites get alot of complaints? Isn't it kind of pointless suspending the account for getting a compliant? Isn't that why people get offshore hosting? To avoid the complaints and not worry about getting suspended? Well atleast thats what I am looking for. Currently hosted with warez-host but they seem to be having trouble with uptime. They don't really care about DMCA complaints, all they do is forward it to the client and he/she can choose to do what it says or not.

Thanks for your reply, Yes we do allow warez linking and nulled scripts. We do not suspend the account unless you do not complete the request sent by the DMCA notice. I am not sure if anyone would ignore the DMCA, but you usually dont get any DMCA if the video or file is not hosted on your server.

Yes people get offshore hosting because of the DMCA, that needs to be forwarded to the owner of that hosting, therefore we will forward the DMCA if any to you, and you can do the necessary, if the DMCA is threatening to us, we will need you to remove that content within a period of given time.

I get DMCA from my anime streaming site even thought videos aren't hosted on the same server. They count embeds as a DMCA. Heres a copy of a DMCA compliant I got:

@woja Thanks for the screenshots, this usually happens at every host, not only us. A server is a machine, and a small downtime or DNS issue can happen.

Once this happens we usually fix this issue very fast, all our clients are very happy with out service and support.

Also, you are doing this just because you are angry, as we had to suspend your VPS due to violation of our TOS.

my site is also wid em' and never hppnd to me....wrks fine.....I dont even visit Cpanel.......coz evryhting works fine...never had a support ticket regarding any issue..
