If you don't know anything about creating a hosting company you shouldn't consider starting one. Get some experience with servers then start your own.

Is the working of a server different from a reseller Hosting server

Coz I know how to host a weebsite nad to handle it

yep there were enough already .. but i felt like i could do that shit .. already had server XP and Bussiness XP so .. if you don't have any of that you are doomed to fail

^ They aren't demotivating anyone, they'd just think, if you are a newbie and wasted to learn while starting it, you'd not be able to maintain the server to its full uptime and will disappoint many clients.
