Bad News =(

Just came home from the specialist and my cruciate ligaments in the right knee have been torn.

Surgery will take place 8th of June and I will be looking at a revalidation of several months

Kinda feeling bad now so, peace

I did it while playing an indoor soccer game.

The rest will mostly be pain so I won't be enjoying it

Same thing happened to a classmate.After surgery you will be doing some specials exercises to fully recover.Basic gymnastics.
