Leave Staff Alone

There has been a increase on hate of staff. Some of the haters should read all of this.

First off think about the type of job they have to do. They have to deal with little kids all day every day. Although you may think you fit in with KWWH you may be a problem for the forum as a overall. The reason why people hate them so much is because they ban you or your friend(s). TBH don't break rules such as flamming, scamming, and posting useless replies and topics. Of coarse when you get ban you will have hate toward them. Really its not there fault its yours.

Most are lucky you need to be ban with a reason. If the mods were allowed to ban without reason the total noob count would drop, fast.

Now a bit of break down on the staff itself,

Admins - they come and go. They do some changes, promotions ect as they please. I dont mind as some pointed out already they have to run katz or 90% of your site traffic would be gone. However an actual dedicated KWWH admin would be nice.

side note - Since they choose who is respected and who isnt all respected dont suck up to the admins. I for example really only talked to elj like 2 or 3 times in total. (most who say this are whiney kids who ask for the rank every other day)

SMods - Hyperz is more laid back but does get the job done. Really nothing to hate on him. Now Loget....some may not like her/him (a different argument) but he/she is actually a great mod. Think about all the crap Loget cleans up, all the pms, all the little kids. Loget is strict and it works. I know some will disagree but really as long as you follow the hidden rules there isnt any problem with Loget.

Mods - Elio does a great job and is very active. Always cleaning up the shoutbox. Now lite and whoo do an alright job when they are here. They seem very inactive.

Overall the staff all have weakness and strengths and they help and make up for each other. I dont see why you guys are bashing them. Really if you can do a better job do it at your site. From what ive seen 90% of the sites on here are just clones of each other with no community so its hard to say your website is clean because of your "modding" abilities. They do a great job. If you dont like the job they are doing then leave KWWH. no one is forcing you stay.
