Do every new DDL site use this script?
Try make a better design of the site, a new logo as well.

Looks too plain..
- Improve your pagination style;
- Improve your search box;
- Improve your downloads table;
- And don't use green+yellow+black+grey (choose green or yellow)
- Get a favicon

you forgot to add the main thing, the link to submit downloads...lolz
looks too much empty.
U need to add Navigation links properly, try a good logo.
