Not able to connect

for some reason i cannot connect to KWWHunction site as atm im on a proxy i was wondering if this could be fixed? it says... Connection Interrupted The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again. Help

Solution:
start > run > cmd
ipconfig /flushdns
restart computer
off for 1 min and then put on the modem/router

When was the modem and router turned off? (haha)

Do what he says, and it is a good idea to restart your router / modem.

yes but sometimes for me, only restart router/modem does not work.
