Santrex: Dont Buy Host From Santrex Because THere Servers iS not Secure

They have a nice looking website with low prices. Some people do not know better before signing up or they think they will be the exception to bad service

Well I am sure, that back in the day, even if they offered unmanaged, they'd help out a client much further... But in my opinion this host runs just for profit and it amazes me how long they have lasted - till now and going further.

They are too big to help every little client with problems that are not paying for a managed server. Spend the extra for a managed server. Nothing wrong with a large host capitalizing on managed servers. They do not want to spend the extra resources on hiring more staff to help clients with problems on unmanaged servers not paying for managed

I hosted at their french and NL servers
always over loaded!
many downtimes
support is totally ridiculous
doesn't deserve any cent you pay for them!

I am using santrex for 10 months and working very well.I had a rapidleech installed, then moving servers,lost my rapidleech and change os from ubuntu server to centos. Centos template works horrible.

santrex is running on OVH, i.e. hardware is fairly good I think

but technical support and staff is so not normal.

Santrex is not reseller of one brand but many. They are reseller of netdirekt, OVH etc.

They dont have servers of their own. They just lease & sell
