Way to black and dark, it hurts to look at it. Also, the whole site gives off an amateur look, which is normal for warez and hacking sites, because admins barely ever know any gfx.

Good name though, the domain itself may excuse you for the skin.

Also, the categories are very disorganized and have no order to them. Try to keep it simple.

-Get a new banner, the one you have now is unprofessional
-Get rid of your affiliate link at the bottom of the page
-Don't allow non-vips to see that the VIP section is present because they'll know nothing is in it

favicon nthing visible...
5 buttons u have 2 katz button one in header and one in footer

center the footer buttons
remove histats code looks wierd
