Ok people, if you're going to sell/resell hosting services please for the love of god do this part right.

Speeds are in BITS, not BYTES. I don't know how else to put this but for you to understand here's some examples:
1 Byte = 8 Bits
100MBps = 800Mbps
1GBps = 8Gbps

I know this may seem minor to some but it shows great unprofessional-ism.

makes no sense trying to explain it to them tbh.
They've been told countless times before.

Just for those that want to learn it tho, bits uses a common letter "b", while Bytes uses a capital letter "B".

And CM, it just shows you who the professional, reliable hosts are and who are the short-term "in for the money" hosts.

the chances are they are using reseller and want fast $$. So just stay away from these hosts.
