RAM: at least 1 GB
DC: Germany located

HD space: at least 60GB
Monthly BW - at least 2 TB, preferably a plan that moves me to a 100mbit connection after the TB limit.

budget: 30$

I'm currently a satisfied customer of Ultratechhost.com, but they don't have windows VPS plans in Germany.

What happens after the 1TB BW ends?
