You guys at the very start when you set up my vps, you couldn't even place the correct ip's in WHM...
My server was down, I asked for a restart because I couldnt get to the pc, and you guys said "oh you can restart it here" Well no shit but I asked you to do it.. Then, when I go restart, it wont even come online...
You tell me its the CSF fault, but how can it be CSF when the server isnt even online?
Then after I was pissed, I reply with some vulgar words, you do the same, then next ticket you say this is unnaceptable and you will terminate me for it? So you can do it and I cant?
Then half of your tickets don't make sense looks like it is written by a 6 year old..
I felt like I was getting hosted by teenagers.
Only thing that I was satisfied with is that you kept your 7 day return policy and I got refunded

Again your installed CSF has block all the port because there is an error of which you never take care of it. I clearly stated I can install it for you but I will not configure it. If you don't know how to config CSF why you want to use at very 1st. Installing it doesnt mean you are already protected etc. We have network level in this case Hardware DDoS protection installed.
I'm certainly a human am I? I do have anger too. But I do apologize, did you? An what could be the rest of the ticket? If I'm not mistaken it is all about on how you could get a refund am I right? And I do reply every single ticket you have and I even give you time to do your backup. Again read our ToS, it's included inside the order form to have you agreed to our term before you pay. This is not only for display, this is how things work. You tick agree and you choose not to obey. Who's fault is that?
Well I guess it is a good choice to have you leave. You don't even know how to handle vps and yet you blaming us for it? Did you ever know what a semi-managed mean? Did we have an agreement to do a full management for you? I do install what you request me to install. On certain provider then don't even care your request.
I'll let the other judge for it.
Thank you for pointing out our return/money back policy out loud. If you don't like it we refund it. If we don't like you for breaching our terms we do also refund you.

I understand you have anger too but then why be a hypocrat of it? You guys need to work on actually reading your response before you submit it because I got half ass answers and some weren't even understandable.
