New thread notification

when theres a new thread in a forum like usual the new thread notification comes up (forum_new.gif) but when i read the thread the notification stays on like if it wasnt read so i have to click the forum like 2 times so it can go to like if there was no post (forum_old.gif)

how can i fix this?

I think this can either be cookie or db based.

There must be a scheduled task for this.

whats the problem with the image?

if you want to get rid of it just click on "mark forums read"

Clear your cache in your browser and refresh the page and then it will be gone.
