Forming a new ddl website

I'm an admin on more than 2 warez forums and an owner of a warez blog and an uploader for more than 10 websites.
I finally decided to buy this new domain name http://www.gosuddl.com and start my pro seo skills to make it reach a high page rank . Higher than katz ...etc
I've done my surfing , the best ddl script out there is http://www.ddlcms.com/
But the ddl is kind of DEAD. Very slow and full of bugs.
Does anyone know a better more advanced script ?
