You can find allot of warez downloads, warez links, etc on it, why Google doesn't have that kind of problems ? I'm just curios, it's because they are so big or what?

No. Warez sites operate solely to spread pirated content - its their primary "business" model.

Google and other SE operate to provide search results of legitimate sites - its their primary business model. Just because warez sites are also indexed doesn't mean that they are doing something illegal, because that is not their intention.

You dont need lawyers to prove that. You dont need to be hosted offshore to prove that. Need a little bit of broadened thinking - see how it is really happening.
