Suppose somebody spammed me at paypal what should i do and what are the requirements get the money back.

And What can happen to the guy who spammed me when i report to Paypal?

i don't get what you mean by spammed? You mean you paid someone that sent a Phishing email?

nope.Suppose i buyed from someone a 500$ product he took the money and did sent the hosting account or website

then you just file a dispute, it should give you option to do so if you view the order

he meant scammed thats why i was confused...well if they do that you would still file dispute and esculate to paypal, or I think they have a toll free number listed somewhere

Play they will reverse it he could send it to 1000000000 accounts and paypal will reverse all the payments.
