The forum doesn't load for me for 2 hours ? that what my forum members say

I got this problem for like 2 months , and it's getting bigger in the time the forum getting much popular

pple say the forum isn't loading for 3 times / day , and sometimes it loads but slowly , and they have to use proxy

some pple can't get into the site for ever , they keep getting the server taking too long to respond


and this problem happens with many other site owners

I'm hosting with scopehost , and I donno if it's their problem or what , as many other webmasters have the same problem

because www.warezhaven.org loads but warezhaven.org does not
