i think the owner is a bit lazy to come online..he may check the new orders after some days but still its not worth waiting.

Disputing the transanction is a good idea to get auto refund.If he does not respond to the dispute you have a good chance of getting the money back

Update: the host worked for one day and then it was down from that day untill now, no refund has been given even though they claim they will refund my money.
