i dont mind the banner,the font is really hard to read tho.. might wanna change tht up.. the skin however is pretty bad,no offence man,but its almost impossible to read anything on it,and quite hard on the eyes when ya try,might want to go with a lighter theme

You have latest posts twice one showing on the bottom and one at the top, i think you should remove one, and you do have a lot of buttons i suggest you remove some, and the text on the banner is bad, the skin is alright but not that good, overall 5/10.
