Server.lu has setup fees . But they have most stable servers around if they optimized properly. nedirekt has some powerful servers , if wanted with 100MBit unmetered connection that will cost heavily

These server can be ordered without setup fees
http://server.lu/refurbish-overview
(I am not recommending them)
Also their 100 Mbps unmetered has some fair usage policy, so dont get excited about the price (as some of you appear to get excited about the cheap prices)
Here is their fair usage policy:
Unmetered traffic means you do not have to worry about receiving surprise traffic bills.
This is what you get:
Unmetered data transfer, in- and out-bound
Unmetered data transfer within our network
Redundant connections to major internet exchanges
Genuine 100MBit speed
No Extra Bills
Our bandwidth policy was developed to ensure that every customer gets his fair share of the total bandwidth available. Consequently, the following activities are not covered by our unmetered traffic policy:
This is why bandwidth intensive applications such as:
P2P (bittorrent, edonkey, ...)
Proxy servers including TOR or VPN solutions
Large FTP, Download or Streaming sites
Misuse of your server could implicate a connectivity restriction after prior notification.
However, if you need to run applications with high bandwidth utilisation, please contact us at support@server.lu, and we can arrange a separate redundant dedicated line for you. Pricing upon demand.► WebT Hosting - Professional Hosting, 1 Gbps Unmetered Bandwidth, Germany Available
► Shared, Reseller, VPS, Managed Hosting, Remote Desktop
► 1 Gbps Available, Transfer Support From Previous Provider
