you need to write a separate stylesheet using if statement . in your head tag add this kind of line after your current css file

Its not for "IE" specifically, its for IE-6. There are a whole heap of compatibility issues with IE-6.

The best possible solution is basically put an IF statement telling them to upgrade to a higher version.

Other than that, you got a whole heap of work ahead of ya.

Some people that use IE wouldn't switch browsers just to view 1 site.
