Looking for a Host Till March 4th

Hi ,the host im on now, well the owner has not paid in months, And i did not know this till today, so i wont be able to keep my site online as i have no funds till march 1st, and the person who is hosting me owes quite a bit of money i guess.

Im looking for someone to host me till i buy my dedi, on the 2nd, and it should be ready by the 4th.
In Return i will host you on my new dedicated server,located in France for 3months, free of charge.
You will be on a Quad Core Server, Located in France.
