Yea thats whos working on my issue. They respond every 24 hours requesting diifernt info
Like firs it was my admin details
24 hours later it was ftp details
48 hours later it was cpanel details
I could see such a slow response if it was something i did. but this is an right out of the box bug.

Yes mate they need those details to cheack settings, thats why i give them all the details to start with in the first message... my issue is xyz here is ftp, admin details.... before they even ask, as they will usually need the details anyway... so may aswell give them all and then it will be much quicker to debug... its not like they are going to misuse them they are a big company

i cannot speak for your experience but i have had a licence since 2007 and virtually every question has been answered quickly.. except the couple of tickets when ipb 3.0.1 first came out when they had loads of tickets to answer

tbh I think the same mate, That's why i turned too vBulletin 2 years ago hehe.

IPB is always full of bugs and is a bunch of crap! I suppose if you have a bug-less and modded IPB (not nulled) then I suppose it would be great and work smooth.

Anyways im going to bed (2:05 AM) im so tired, hehe.

Disagree.

One year ago, I carded IPB licence. And for everything they replied + they activated IPB licence that hasn't been bought with legit money. So yeah, they are legends. I think licence expired this year.
