I know that this is a very common thing but do you think this is a real DMCA notice or its a competitor that want to take me down?

By the way, Im not running a Warez site, it's a movies site.

the term "warez" describes the distribution of illegal content, which you are doing, so yes, you do own a warez site

They can't request you to take down entire site, only specific parts of it, which infringe their copyrights ( for example thread with rapidshare links to their movie)

yea like said above move to offshore. Plus in the mean time remove the thread. There is no point of taking a chance. It could be possible that it is very real.
