You have to wait at least 7 days before start to panic.

I'm pretty sure it's rejected because of:
porn ads in the right banner
katz button NOT in the header

If yes i suppose i can remove these ads but i want to make sure its worth it

YES. Katz sends a very nice amount of traffic.
I got like +8K UV per day from katz..

the next step would be : contact them again, to tell them you made those changes. And hopefully for you they will let you in

I see that you still did not move the katz button to the header of your site , like they asked you.
And read their rules much better when you submit to them.

Check your site at 1024x768 , as most of the internet users use that resolutions..

Im currently viewing it at a remote computer at this resolution, and it isn't looking very good..

Maybe a style change?!
