Need a PHP Coder for $10 to $15

hello there, well i'm interested in using a short url script: http://www.redspiral.net/spiralurl but need someone who can make some modification for me which i'm ready to pay $10 to $15 minimum.


So here are the things I liked to change:

1. On the index page, change the word "Shorten" to "Protect Link"

2. when someone enter the protected link created on the index page, he or she should be redirected to a web page where they need to type in a captha to see the real link.

3. Note: on the page where real link is to be shown, i need to have some ads which need to show up.
