need an animated banner

i have paid a few people for work since i joined and have no cash at the moment so i was wondering would 1 of the kind members make me an animated banner for my site ?

size 468 x 60

with a picture of mario on it to go with a dark background prefrably transparent would be better.

Glad you liked it.. BTW, its scaled to 350?90, looks kinda weird like this..

if you make it 350?45 or 700?90 .. thats how it will look correct..
