    ask yourself these questions:

    did you import the skin correctly?
    did you link the image set to that skin?
    did you import the replacements to that skin?

    ive installed another sort and still the same ... wonder if its because it myt be a diff version for the skin

    The top bar is just CSS/HTML so you can get it for any forum software.

    in phpBB3 you need to edit overall_header.html and start the coding somewhere right after the <body> tag

    Ive Fixed This Problem Now Falcon ... i jus woz having a lil bit of play and got it to work

    Erm i think it jus woz that i wernt binding the images and skin s2geva like what u said

    i havent got the gree n1 i wanted ... but the blue 1 wil do for now
