Paypal is going crazy.. till now they have reversed my 3 transactions. now i am switching to Moneybooker.

In terms of security I would go with Liberty Reserve, transactions can't be reversed in liberty reserve eso

LR you have to find someone to cash you out as they don't directly do it.
